There is a war going on and all you trolls can think about is what black people are doing. I am black, raised middle-class, educated, never asked anyone for a hand-out, and do not believe in double standards. Is it because you are afraid to address your own insecurites? The only people who talk about slavery are whites who post questions about why blacks talk about it! We don't! We HAVE moved on. Why can't you?

It'sme23-There is a such a thing as whites creating black profiles to ask such questions. It's obvious the way they word their questions that they are white.

To all: To get rid of mold, it needs light. These trolls have festered in our culture long enough. I WILL continue to ask and NO it does not put me in the same category. Know why? Because I am not racist and I demand the level of respect that I give. I don't appreciate being called lazy and labled as such. Lazy is not confined to a race and I have a right to express that. Bring it on. Tools.

Mr. Taco I appreciate your response though do not competely agree. And the answers you posted were quite informative (being that they are a year old). This is my point. Old re-hash. It's good for the goose but apparantly not good for the gander.

2007-07-13 06:42:17 · update #2

I'd also like to add Mr. Taco that the last question on your post was asked sincerely and did not seek to insult anyone. Nearly all of the black questions that were asked by the racist trolls were intended to hurt and insult. That is the heart of the matter that I am trying to uncover.

Nica mami- thank you for sharing your 2 cents. In addition to not being white you also are not literate. Can you read? Did you read anything on my post that stated that blacks are not racist? Read it again if you can. Then go back to sleep.

Ed Anger- You are right. The tide IS turning.

Oh and Mr. Ed (anger) I didn't look up Croyer or his cronies but I did look you up. Talking about asking for a handout. Upset about Detroit huh? Well if the domestic car industry had gotten head out of it's as* and started keeping up with the imports maybe you wouldn't have lost your house(man that real estate in Detroit! Tough break huh?). You sound bitter about any mention of reparations but will jump to take a gov't handout to bail out the as* backward American car industry though huh? Again my point rings true. Good for the goose but not the gander. Tool!!!

I dont think whites and blacks will ever reach an agreement, especially since the younger generations are misinformed about alot of things.

No offense intended, because you are right that a lot of white people do this, but what makes you think that coming on here and generalizing and stereotyping the rest of us is going to help? The fact is that many white people do NOT do this, and some black people DO come on here and pull the race card on every little thing. So I think you are over-simplifying the situation. Truth is that if you really had moved on, you probably would not be so sensitive about it. Even if YOU have, the questions I've linked below show that some have not.

Alas, perhaps I am beating straws here. The fact is that racism is alive and well in America, and that fact is probably what really has you so upset. If that be the case, then I apologize for even making a fuss about it. I think the thing is that this is a really sensitive issue. Many of the whites who bring this subject up, however, are indeed reacting to some blacks bringing the subject up first. BUT... those same whites making a fuss are kind of like when you call your cheating husband on his affair. His natural reaction will be to get defensive and try to turn it back on you. The reason is because he is wrong and guilty. Getting angry and turning it around deflects blame. That is likely why so many whites act like this about slavery. Hope that sheds some light on it. Take care!

There has been racism before the beginning of recorded history. Do some research and you'll see that racism is not just a black and white thing. There is a thing I call "Class Racism" more prevalent than the black / white racism but it's much more subtle. Wealth, Position, Popularity, Location, and Education level are just a few areas that are very racist no matter what color your skin is. Racism in the US is two sided from both the Black and White people. You can thank MLK, the NAACP, the ACLU, Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, and all the politicians that set up the laws so minorities can freeload. All the above are ripping off their own race, making "mountians out of Mouse Turds", and in general keeping things racially stirred up. True Black Americans need to go after the Black Racists and quit sitting back enjoying America's liberties without pulling their fair share of the load. Our society needs all contributing members, no matter what Race, to step up to the plate and report welfare fraud, political and police corruption at all levels. We need to stop the gang rape of our services by all races of the Illegal aliens and other generational free loaders that are sucking the life blood from our country. And last but not least, the Ucka-Chuca-Mutha-Fuka kill rape pillage and plunder Rap needs to STOP. It is effecting our young people and will cause serious problems in the near future when these children grow to adulthood.

Hey Sister gyrl,
Ms. T and Ms. Fly Chick:
I like there comments, if you're past it
keep on stepping, not questioning. Look at the situation as getting over a boyfriend. Do you stop eating, can't sleep at nite, sitting hoping the phone rings? Hey! or do buy yourself a new outfit and start getting back into the swing of things?
PUTTING THE PAST BEHIND YA!

I agree and disagree I mean I say let of of the whole freaking racial crap. But I can see you have moved on but not alot of other people have. Just because your black doesnt mean you represent the WHOLE population. I mean if this bothers you then clearly you havent completly moved on. If you have you should be able to say yea this was wrong but its done with and dont worry about it.

With all due respect, that is not all true. I have actually seen quite a few black people posting questions about slavery because they have not moved on. You may very well have, that doesn't mean others have.

"It's obvious the way they word their questions that they are white. "
...How so???

i disagree with you. You guys have overcome a lot of mistreatment and humiliation and it is totally understanding if a big % of the black community still can't move on but blacks are as racist as white people. trust me i know and im not even white.

Why are there so many questions about blacks questioning everything they do?
I have one word to answer that--> ignorance.

Ignore the questions if you don't like them. You are adding to the problem by asking questions like this.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree. I applaud you for the way you handle your life, but it is just simply not true that the black community has moved on. Listen to Rev. Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton some time. These men have clearly not moved on, and there are not many in the black community that have contradicted what they are saying...
