The Exorcist that came out in i think 1974 or 75 I was only 15 at the time and that was the worst thing i had ever seen in my entire life. I made my little brother who at the time was only 5, please what could he do, sleep with me. LOL :O I still can't watch it to this day neither can my 50 something hubby... and he likes movies like that. It scarred our generation.

Frankly i love "scary movies" but i've never really been scarred since i was a kid. But some awesome scary movies are: John Carpenter's The Thing, Exorcist, NOTLD, Jaccob's Ladder actually made me afraid of death for a while but i got over it. and Nosferatu was awesome.
