Is it the battery, alternator or the starter??????

My car won't start and just makes a buzzing sound. But it does start right up when I jumpstart it.

Someone suggested that I unplug the Positive cable on the battery and if the car stalls, it's a faulty alternator. Well, it didn't stop so I guess it's not the alternator.

Since the car starts right up when jumped, it can't be the starter right?

Since the car still runs when the battery is disconnect, it can't be the alternator right?

So it has to be the battery right???????????

Why doesn't Harley Davidson make cars?

Seems logical, doesn't it? Honda started out as a motorcycle company and made a very successful transition into the auto market. Even suzuki makes cars. You'd think a huge company like Harley could easily transition into the market. I think a Harley car with loud pipes would sell like hot cakes. I mean, who doesn't like Harleys?

How to store repeating rows efficiently in MySQL or any RDBMS?

We have two Tables Users, UserMatches

Users (UserID, param1, param2....)
We store profile of users in Users table

UserMatches(UserId, matchedUserID)
For every users there could be 0..N matching users

If there are 100 matches for UserID there is repetition of

UserId, UserId1
UserId, UserId2
.....
UserId, UserId100

As you can see the UserMatches table grows NxM. Is there an efficient way we can store this information.

Please note that we cannot store all the matched users in comma separated text. We need a better structure so that we can easily update the table.

question about antifreeze/coolant?

I was checking all my fluids earlier and noticed that my coolant was kind of low. First off, is it bad when the fluid has turned a greyish color? Some of the bottles I have say to just add some in and others say to flush it out, put water in, flush out, and then add coolant. Well, my main question is the cap says ENGINE COOLANT ONLY and most of the bottles we have say Antifreeze/Coolant. I was wondering if that's ok (not sure if that's the same thing) or if I need only a bottle called Coolant. I probably sound dumb but just want to make sure, thanks

Due date....confused.?

Ok I went to my first appointment today and got a sonogram. They say I'm 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant I took the test like the week before Father's Day and found out I was pregnant. My LMP was May 8th according to that I'd be more like 9 weeks. I had what I thought was implantation bleeding on the 21st which would make me anywhere from 10 to 11 weeks. I'm thinking I have to be like 9 weeks. Cuz I don't think you can have symptoms of pregnancy like right after you conceive. Can you? According to the dr I would have found out I was pregnant when I was 2 weeks. I took a Clear Blue digital is it possible to find out that soon?

How many dogs do you have and how'd you get them?

How old are they?

I rescued Maggie from an abusive home about 4 years ago-best dog you could imagine.

I got Marty, my mini doxie from a "back yard" breeder.. the woman treated her animals horribly! I should have taken them all and reported her.

Viv was emaciated and a street dog, I found him eating trash in my yard one day.

Jimmy was the same as Viv, except he looked like he was someone's pet (pure bred Rat Terrier). No one ever claimed him.

My fiance has 2 border collie mixes from the shelter.

a question of christianity?

Jesus was born near the time of 0 A.D. and there where many many people before jesus. so my question is that seeing as there was no way to know what christianity was, are they all in hell now for not beliveing in it?
