Two men run out of gas at the same place on different days. One keeps his head down and trudges the mile to the gas station. The other uses the opportunity to take a pleasant walk on a spring day.

You may not be able to control what happens to you, but you can control how you feel about it. The only difference between trudging to the gas station and a pleasant spring time walk is your attitude.

what's wrong ,you feeling blue ...you know what I do when I'm feeling the blues...I go on walks for about 30 minutes it all depends how bad I'm feel a the time..sometimes I drink some st. john's wort tea..it's an herb that helps with the blues..good luck..
