ALLAH to me is another name by which some of my fellow earthlings recognise GOD and hence worthy of respect.
Though am really sad by how this name is being maligned by those who do despicable things in the name of ALLAH.

For me Allah is a form or name of God, though I am a Hindu.
What is God?
God is the Deity or Supreme Being. Each of the major monotheistic world religions worships a Supreme Being, who is the sole god of the universe, the maker of all things, omniscient and all-powerful. God is also good. In ancient Israel God was named Yahweh. The God of the Hebrew Bible also became the God of Christianity, but generic words, such as theos in Greek or Deus in Latin, were often used to refer to him. In Islam the term is Allah. In Hinduism we call the God in different names, Vishnu, Shiva, Krishna, Durga,Lakshmi, etc.etc.

Allah is just another name as Brahman or god I dont get obsessed with names because all names belong to the one reality .If you ask God his name there will be no answer.

My Allah have thousand different names.
He cannot be described by only one name.
All other names are also descriptions of my Allah.
