My mom wants to buy a new TV, and she wants it to be an HDTV. When we get the HD package, will it affect or cable channels. Like, right now, 131 is The N--will channel 131 stay the same when we switch?

Because not all our TVs are HD compatible, like the one in my room. And I like our cable package now.

when i first got my computer, i got battlefield 1942 and played it all the time, and it ran basically perfect (if i put setting on high, it would only lag a little). now, about 2 years after the purchase, nothing runs fast... AT ALL! it is completely slow, and i can't seem to fix it. i ran disk defragmentor, disk cleanup, a virus scan, a spyware scan, all sorts of registry cleaning tools (never fully purchased any though), and now im stumped. i also ran system restore, which i am pretty sure failed all three times i tried.

my system specs are:

processor- AMD Athlon 64 processor ~2.4 ghz
RAM - 896 GB
directX - latest direct x
video card - SiS 760 (latest drivers installed)
sound card - Realtek AC97 Audio

although, i have installed many demos between that time, then uninstalled them all on one day. before i ran the registry cleaners though!

Me and my 3.5month old both are having hair fall! i dont know why? he is exclussively BMilk fed and is gaining weight as he is supposed to, but somehow is loosing lot of hair on his head. he has pretty hairy forehead and sidebuns but somehow instead of loosing these unwanted hair he is loosing hair on his head!!

and i on the other hand am loosing hair like crazy, seems like if this continued id be hunting the rogain people down!! also i am getting so much of acne too!

also when and how exactly do u start loosing weight!!

He makes comments like "Are you hungrey? " "It kinda sticks with you doesn't it? In a sarcastic and rude way. I do not say anything when he says his comments. He looked at one of my photos from back in 1997 and said: "What happened to you Annetta? "You look alot different now than you did back then." I said that I grew up and changed in looks and my figure, keep in mind I was still going through puberty at the time so no wonder I was different in features then compared to now. He said: "You didn't grow up, you grew out." I feel he is making me feel uncomfortable to see how far he can push me to say something, but then again, I can take it from someone I do not know, but when it is your dad making the comments, it makes you feel really bad. I am a heavy person, I have gotten heavier over the years, and have obesity and other health problems in my biological family. I do not have the best diet in the world, but I am not that bad really, I eat fruits and vegetables and what is cooked.

Is it okay to be going out with someone but still think other guys are hot? I mean, I don't tell him but I laugh with my friends about it and stuff. I am going out with a guy but am chrushing on about 5 other guys... I think some of them like me too but I would never dump my current bf. Is this okay for me to do?

I have a volunteer squash in my front yard. It vines out unlike a regular squash plant but, leave no doubt, it is a squash. The young squash look like baby watermelons. I have absolutely no idea how it got there but will be glad to accept this volunteer for whatever it is worth. Any help?

Me and this girl started dating that i work with in december 2006. She was my assistant. Everything was good till March but then i found out she started talking to the guy that she left for me (nothing serious). I approched her about it and she was shocked. She then becaome closer to me and our relationship was great. We were in love had a great time at work and outta work. No one knew we were together even though she worked 10 feet from me. May she went away for 20 days and she wrote me emails .telling me how she missed me loved me all the nice things someone could say. I was feeling so good and couldnt wait for her to get back. Long story short the week she gets back I found out she is talking to a guy she met at the airport from her trip. I asked her about it and we fought and i cancelled out weekend trip. Now she told me she does not want me to call anymore and to leave her alone. She says that I pushed and smothered or is it she wanted her cake and eat it to. Women- what it mean?

He seemed OK when I got home about 3 1/2 hrs ago. for that last 45 min or so he has been not acting right. He is an 8 week old Chihuahua. He has had his 1st shot but not yet his 2nd.

His head kid of wobbles when he sits and a few times has fallen over. He seems to walk OK but is a little lethargic. He has went to his water bowl and taken a drink, and he is not vomiting.

He seems like an over medicated person, but to my knowledge he hasn't gotten into anything.

We just got him and since he is not a patient at our local clinic yet and it is after hours, they will not page the Dr.

Any advice?

Ok, well I'm 15 years old and have braces. I just got back from the dentist yesterday, and I'm beginning to get gingivitis and my tartar is terrible, I guess it's because when I got my braces, I stopped flossing regularly because of the hassle. Well after getting told off by my dentist and my ortho in the same day, I've decided to floss more often, lol! But because my gums have swollen from the disease, I'm having a harder time than ever threading the floss through my lower braces! Is there any way that I can make it easier to floss and clean my teeth and gums? Should I use a water pick instead? do they clean as well? How can I help reduce the infection in my gums? That's what I'm more worried about than anything, how can I clean this stuff out of my mouth? Is there any way other than professional help to clean thoroughly under my gum line? Please help! I'm desperate, if I don't get better in 6 weeks, my braces are going to get taken off! =(
