I want to donate clothes so they will go to the needy...
I usd to donate them to goodwill/salvation army, but they really only sell those things.
Whenever I call a hospital, nursing home or a red cross, i get turned down becuase my clothing is a size 0-1, and they want size 10+.
Is there a special place where I can just take my things, or should I give stuff to the needy if I see them?

My 3 year old twins are invited to a birthday party. They have gone to other birthday parties and I have always just gotten one gift for the birthday child. But a friend of mine told me that they should each give a gift as they are 2 seperate kids invited to the party. I was just wondering what is right if I should continue just with one gift or have each of my girls give a seperate gift??

My puppy (5 1/2 months) broke his leg (greenstick radius). Since his injury he has not used the bathroom at all. I take him out often and he just stares at us. The vet said that while he was sedated to have his cast put on, he had a bowel movement and urinated. Now, he is home and I know he has to go but he won't. Is this common? What can I do? Until the vet, he held it for almost 13 hours.

i asked this question before but i didn't phrase it right...so here goes..i run a 23 hp mud buddy motor on my flat boat....there is no reverse on these motors and i'm thinking of putting on a trolling motor just for this purpose....it would only be used in tight situations, i.e. launching, marina, etc.....now, can i connect these wires directly to my battery without fear of running the battery down?? do i need to disconnect them right after i use them, or can they just stay connected....should i put alligator clamps on the connectors and only connect them when i use them, or should i just put in another battery?? i do have an extra...thanks

Dont you just love seeing those Bush Haters at these news conferences? I swear. These "press intellectuals" ask the same dumb butt questions every time. And it's all about "hypotheticals" NO ONE can answer. BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T HAPPENED YET!!!!! And I have yet to get a phone call from those 'polls' people! When I DO see about those polls, I see that they only ask 1,000 people or LESS!! How is it that 46% of people who disagree with the president or ANYTHING he does? That's 1,000 people from the entire population of the whole USA as a majority??Time will tell with Iraq! Shut the FUNK up and WAIT!!! This isnt a video game with "unlimited life" with these troops. Or the people of Iraq who are finally standing up for themselves after years of tyrany from Saddam!

Next week is my turn to cook for the women's shelter. They like hearty, old-fashioned meals (no pasta). I know a million ways to cook chicken, but then so does everyone else and I think they get way too much of it. Any ideas for something a little different, but not too weird, would be great. My dog bit my cousin's 8 year old son.He's never bitten before, I've gotten over $1000 worth of fines and tickets. I am going to court for it. My cousin lives across the street and the kid was in the back (fenced in) yard with no supervision, I was home, but I didn't know he was even here until after he was bit. I'm sure he did something to the dog to make him bite. Should I plead guilty or not?
