I bought a Ibanez acoustic guitar about 4 or 5 months ago. Is Ibanez any good? What's better or more popular?

it all depends on how it plays, its not so much about the brand its about the sound and how it plays, hell i dont even know what brand mine is, but it has always held a tune and played well.

I much prefer Martins, Gibsons, and Taylors, but Alvarez and Ephiphone make fine acoustic guitars. I came very close in buying a single-cutaway Taylor, but the HD-35 Martin won.

ibanez is probably better on the electric side. takamine, and taylor are good for acoustic....but can be pretty pricey
