Me and this girl started dating that i work with in december 2006. She was my assistant. Everything was good till March but then i found out she started talking to the guy that she left for me (nothing serious). I approched her about it and she was shocked. She then becaome closer to me and our relationship was great. We were in love had a great time at work and outta work. No one knew we were together even though she worked 10 feet from me. May she went away for 20 days and she wrote me emails .telling me how she missed me loved me all the nice things someone could say. I was feeling so good and couldnt wait for her to get back. Long story short the week she gets back I found out she is talking to a guy she met at the airport from her trip. I asked her about it and we fought and i cancelled out weekend trip. Now she told me she does not want me to call anymore and to leave her alone. She says that I pushed and smothered or is it she wanted her cake and eat it to. Women- what it mean?

After the first we were friends with benefits but it get serious again then the second time she now say I dont know what FWB is and dont call me but why woudl she say she loves me and cant wait to se me

This is EXACTLY why office romances DON'T work - just be lucky that you didn't get fired in the process...
Most companines have policies that clearly state their policy on interoffice relationships - and 99% of those clearly FORBID ANY RELATIONSHIP with someone who DIRECTLY REPORTS to you. Such as an ASSISTANT...
Assuming that this DOESN'T happen - just find a way to make peace with the girl, and put ALL relationship talk out of the office! Otherwise, one (or both) of you will end up quitting - or getting transferred - very quickly ;););)
