go to your dermatolagist. s/he will give you special creams pending on your face types. if you dont have a dermatolagist proactive is a great over the counter acne remover!

While all of those work pretty well, some can strip your natural oil and cause even more acne.. best solution and cheapest rate.. rubbing alcohol.. it dries up the pores and acne while letting your skin still breathe..

proactive made my skin worse. I have yet to find anything really effective. I don't have severe acne but it is annoying. I'm going to the derm.

get a perscription for dioxycicline
and some differin
that stuff works like a charm

i don't like clearasil or proactive it makes me break out in hives.......i actually use an acne cream from my moms Mary Kay consultant....it works really good for me

Have no answer cuz I never had it while growing up. But I do know sweets will cause it
