I recently found a lump in the middle of my right armpit. I have been advised before that cancer would feel like the size of a BB pellet, and be hard as a rock. It is both. But, it is painful to the touch. I've never heard of a lump hurting, so I wanted to see if anyone knew anything before I head to the doctor. I'd rather have a good idea of what I'm dealing with, before I'm possibly told the worst.

Aight here we go.
5 months ago my ex wife was blah'ze'n with me over the phone and "for real when I was with her I never knew this about her" She told me her fantasy was to be involved in a gangbang with a few dudes though she's never had the chance to do it. I want to learn how to play piano. I've kinda been learning on my own here and there and I know I won't really learn it until I have my own to practice. Should I get one of those nice electric ones that are supposed to be as good as real pianos...or should I get a real piano? Thanks!

It is a 95 Pontiac Trans Am, 5.7 V8, 6 speed with a custom short shifter. I recently purchased it as a project car. The car is a monster and runs solid, but I would like to know some things I can do to start building it up more. The car already has a cold air intake instead of Ram Air and the computer has been worked on to remove the Skip Shift Pontiac put in that year. What other small/cheap things can be done to get more out of this engine?
