Hi,
I weigh 57kg, I'm 18 years old, and I'm about 5'11'. My problem is that I have very skinny arms, normal torso, and...embarrasing as it is to say...quite a bit of flab on my butt and on the underside of my thighs and shins.
I've been exercising quite strenuously for the past four days, and I think i've become a bit obsessive...
I started out doing 30 minutes of interval running and walking on the treadmill (5 minutes of walking, then 5 minutes running etc) each day, and yesterday I hit a personal record of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Also, I started with some leg excersies and weight lifting once a day, this has gone up to three times a day.
Now my muscles are aching all over. My diet is also messed up, I find myself worrying and feeling guilty after every meal and feel the need to 'compensate' for it by doing extra exercise, even though I'm eating very healthily.
Can some knowledgable people help me?
