i really liked it, but i want to know if they die in the end or are they really asleep? also what happens to their son?
has anyone also seen the 1991 film return to the blue lagoon?

Yes they do die, but their son is fine he is picked up by a boat, only to be stranded again with a lady and her daughter. The cycle starts again with them!

No, they didn't, they are found by the crew of a boat and they go back to the island due, if I not mistaking my self, to get supplies. There a lady who's part of the crew fall in love for the boy and the girl got jealous about it. the other one, the return to ..., is made by a different couple. In here the are help by the aunt of the girl and by a marine, both died and they raised up by their selves as in the 1st one.

I believe that their baby ate some poisonous berries and he died . it has been a long time since I have seen the movie though .good luck .
