i am not obese or anything. in fact i was flat as a flatboard, however school's out now soo i got a little chubby. i am actually 5'7 and weight is 135 pounds right now. i want to lose weight and get killer abs. so is there an online support group of other people trying to lose weight in order to keep me motivated??? it has to be free tho! thanx!

I went to a physciatrist (shrink) recently and he said I have depression and he put me on Wellbutrin XL. I also explained that I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was young and I think I still have it - he said the medicine may help that. But I have this habit of tearing skin off my fingers (they feel rough so I want to take it off to smooth it out better) is that part of depression or the ADHD? Or something else. I want to stop.

We dated 4years. and he broke up w/ me about a month ago the reason was so he could 'focus on himself' well, i called him last week because a private caller had called my phone saying all this crap and i didn't know who it was so i wanted to make sure it was no one he knew...and then he just texted me today apologizing for if he sounded like an *** on the phone last week but it was because he said he felt 'awkward' since we hadn't talked in so long and asked me if that's how i felt too. well, i guess just now he realized ive been talking to some other guys now and then texts me... i dont know. but...do you think its cuz hes thinking of me or something?i know it really shouldnt matter.

the dentist gave me a teeth guard type thing for like my upper teeth, its a mouth piece type thing but just for the top ones, to put on so my top teeth dont grind against my bottom teeth, becuz he said i am wasting away my teeth, so this thing prevents it, but anyway, my question is is their a bowl type thing, or a combo of things i can buy, so i can just dip the piece in every single morning and leave it there rinsing till i put it on again in the night??? some kinda rinsing/cleaning system to keep it from getting bacteria n stuff?

Me and my b/f have been looking at rings for the past few weeks and we picked a few different ones, well i told him if you gets the smaller ring get the band i want and if you get the bigger one dont. when he propose and got the smallest ring with the baddest cut, color and clarity and no band. What hurts the most is that i know he has the money. When i seen the ring he got me i felt like crying. I still cant get over it. Should i feel this way? and how do i tell him that i hate the ring?

I sold some tickets to a guy, he paid me with a personal check, but the check was returned, with the legend "Unable to locate account". So, basically, this scum gave me a fake check. I have his home phone number, I know his name, but, what it is available for me to get my money back, or, make this dirt bag pay.
I learned my lesson of not accepting checks from nobody.. please help guys! Anything is appreciated

I've been on many different antidepressants for the past 3-4 years for major depression and OCD. This is what happens with each one. For the first few months, I feel great. Then it stops working and I feel like **** again and have to go on another. This is ridiculous. Not even the most powerful medications can make me permanently feel better. My doctor suggested ECT if all else fails, but I fear the dreaded memory loss effects. Then again, most of my memories over the past 3 years are ones I wouldn't mind forgetting...What is your opinion of the situation? Should I just keep trying different medications over and over for the rest of my life (I don't see any end in sight to the depression), give up and do ECT and lose memories, or is there another alternative?
