What did the "secret weapon" end up being in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix? I just can't remember, was it the prophecy, or was it Harry, someone help me out.

The secret weapon was the Prophecy.
The Prophecy is the secret of the end of Harry Potter, thus dubbing it the "secret weapon" to Voldemort at least.
Remember, when Voldemort killed Harry it's because of the told Prophecy Snape heard on Dumbledore's interview with Sybill Trelawney. Trelawney had the Prochecy and Dumbledore and Snape heard, though for Snape, not the entire thing because he got thrown out by the bartender.
Since Snape told Voldy an incomplete prediction, Voldy set out ot work, thinking that Harry is his enemy because Lily and James defied him three times.
Obviously it got wrong, and Voldy sought to do it right by listening to the entire Prophecy. Hope that answers it ^^

the secret weapon was the prophecy. The prophecy would properly educate voldemort on the terms which he could kill harry, and what other powers or lack thereof harry possesed

The weapon is the prophesy I think because it can't be the elder wand because Voldemort starts to try to fix the problem of his wand's connection with harry in the beginning of the seventh book. Hope this helps :)!

Well the weapon...wasnt realy a weapon you had it right it was just the prophecy...or maybe JKR is going to turn it into something else...highly unlikey but still a possibility =]

Do you mean Dumbledore's secret weapon? There was none. Umbridge believed one existed and Hermione used that belief to lure her into the Forbidden Forest in the hopes the Centaurs would deal with her for them.

It was the prophesy. Voldemort heard the first part of it and decided to try and kill Harry the first time as a baby. With the entire prophesy he would have more. Otherwise they wouldn't have been guarding it.

Prophecy. saw the movie today... this is just my opinion but it was nothing like the book, it was all changed, so i was disappointed :[
