i really want a pet rat. i have heard of how nice they are and how they are the best small pets you can get and just plain love people. i need other people to say so too to prove to my mom that rat ownewrs love their rats and to find a way to prove to my mom that they dont smell really bad and that they dont bite. any info and help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you think it's better to be a reserved and suspicious of people or to be naive and completely trusting and forgiving of everyone? I know they say that ignorance is bliss, but I feel like you have to be a little suspicious of people in order keep yourself from getting hurt. I received an email from "customer Service Robot" stating that a virus has been detected in my send email box and to click on a site in the email "this patch" but how can I confirm that this is safe to install on my computer. The message said that my email box will be blocked unless I download this patch to protect from the epedimic of worms virus? Help I am afraid that this might be harmful and do not know how to confirm safety of message. Does Yahoo have a Customer Service Robot that protects your mail boxes?

my birthday is in 4 days and my friends want to go clubbing. unfortunately, i don't have ANY government issued photo ID... no drivers license, passport, citizenship card .. NADA.

i was wondering if bringing my birth cert, credit card, sin card, carecard ... ETC ETC and my school ID and work ID .. both have a photo and name, but that's basically it ... is there a chance that they would let me in?

or is this useless? :(

i recently read an article about evangelicals going to Africa and successfully converting 16 percent of the population in the past few years...these preaching leaders live in multi million dollar mansions and show up in white suits claiming to know Jesus and making the poor Africans pay to be cured and saved from things as aweful as AIDS...how can a servant of God that is this wealthy take money from poor people and then claim to cure them of illnessess that are incurable?! this is wrong on soooo many levels, but someone must think this is right, so, is there anyone out there that can defend this act?

I have 3 children, and I do not vaccinate. I dont plan on it, unless further research is done to prove to me it doesnt cause *enter whole host of child-hood diseases* .

I recently read there is a bill in California about taking away a parents right to choose.

I wanna know what people would think it was ok for the government to FORCE parents into giving their children ANYTHING, let alone POISON. (And no, it is NOT mandatory already, people just think that, their are waivers you can sign, Ive signed lots :) ).

Shouldnt I have the right to protect my child the way I feel is best? What group is pushing for this?
