Dont even think about downloading and installing any such thing...
Here is what i think
1.AFAIK Yahoo does not scans ppl mails when you are offilne..mails are only scanned for viruses when you are uploading or downloading attachments or by spam filters
2. Yahoo scans everything you upload for viruses and if it finds any virus it simply wont let you attach any file so no point finding a virus in sent folder.
So i guess you are being fooled around and my suggestion DO NOT even open that website specially not in IE

NEVER install any program sent via e-mail, no matter how legitimate it seems to be, even if it's from your closest friends and relatives.
If it is a legitimate patch, it would be available for download via a public URL at an official website, and it should be the ONLY place you would get such patches, to ensure authenticity.
It may just be spam. Or worse... such as worm, virus, and spyware, out to steal your personal information, and perhaps... your FINANCIAL information... Or even worse, target you for identity theft.

This is a typical way of hackers to get you to install viruses and robots on your computer. The best advice I can give is for you to classify these messages as SPAM or delete them. Do not click on any links contained in the message.

Definitely ignore and delete this message and others like it. It is a trap to get you to use their malicious files.
Always delete these kinds of emails. Even Yahoo will never send a message like this to you.
I would also advise to mark this message as "Junk" for Yahoo mail so that Yahoo will deliver all messages from this email address to your Junk folder. Then empty your Junk folder regularly.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but not only does everyone on Yahoo already know, your last girlfriend contacted the Canadian Department of Men's Health and asked for help. National Health Care at its finest.

Let me put it like this, NO. Any emails you receive that you don't know, DON'T OPEN. It's either a virus or a Trojan.
