Really I dont think there is a need for a weight loss program. Its not rocket science to eat right and just exercise. But try to exercise may atleast 4 times a week for about 30 mins. And to get your killer abs try doind some old fashion sit ups or some killer stretches. Dont forget to eat right and drink plenty of water. Water keeps you going and stops you from being hungry.
