What was the luckiest thing that has ever happened to you?

Yesterday I got my first turtle. It is a red-eared slider. I was told to by the vet bring a stool sample to his check up. Being new to turtles I'm not sure what turtle stool looks like (I can see stuff floating, but I'm not sure what is stool). After I determine what is what I'm not sure how I should collect it and transport it to the vet.

I lost a trial and the defense lawyer filed a motion for attorney fees totalling over $100k. But at a hearing the defense withdrew the motion.

The problem is, the judge tried to reinstate the attorney fees because she's a total b*tch. So the defense may refile for the fees. But I've been told that time to refile has passed (60 days after verdict) so what are the chances the defense can refile and win the fees?

What recourse would I have if they refile and win? Wouldn't the judge be breaking the rule by allowing the defense to file after the 60 days period????????

I want to say all of the right things to this guy. I want my body langauge to agree! But at the same time I don't want him to know that I'm interested until he lets it be known he is and is available. so...how do I flirt? I don't know if anyone has heard about it yet but the 60GB PS3 has dropped $100. I cant believe it. Sony didn't need to drop the price for at least another year or two. It doesn't really matter that much to me because I bought mine over 6 months ago.

Go to Gamestop.com and on the front page you will see that the price has dropped.

My mom found a baby robin left under this nest at my next door neighbor's party... it was struggling so she tried to put it back in the nest but couldnt reach it. Spo she made it a little nest in the tree somewhat by the original nest but not in all of the noise of the party. We watched it for two hours to see if the mom would feed it, but she didnt so we went to the store and bought some worms and some baby bird food and fed it... we have been for two days but we have to go somewhere the day after tomorrow, it would be possible to bring the bird, its ponly a car ride but it would be seperated from its original habitat. we could leave the bird, but it would probably die. its probably around 5 days old and will most likley not be ready to take flight before we leave. what should we do? i want what is best for the bird.:)

i thought a law court is where one faced their acussers and and that wearing a hijab by juror, wittness or defendent would not be allowed. today a juror is found to be listerning to a mp3 player whilst at a murder trail (you've got to give it to these musslims as they grasp at western life with both hands whilst spouting cr*p) surely a court is no place for masks .or cover ups

I am getting really annoyed with the constant stuttering I have now. I started stuttering a lot this year, but not that much last year. What could be the problem?

In school this year, many of my classmates made fun of me every single day, so I didn't enjoy school that much anymore. I also wanted to move to a different school sometimes. I didn't have as many friends as I did before anymore. When I try to become friends with some people, they told me to "SHUT UP!" or "GO AWAY!"

The school year before that, things were much better because I had much more friends.

Also, there are times in class when I suddenly can't say a word at all, so they make fun of me. They all make fun of me when I stutter, so I just decided to keep my mouth shut as much as I can.

And I don't have the courage to actually speak a teacher about it because I'm afraid of losing my reputation. Also, I don't want to tell my parents about it.

What can I do about all this? By the way, I'm in middle school right now.

When one of my lads was 6,we had a family do at a pub.I was drinking bitter lemon,my lad asked if he could have one.So I asked my mate to get him a bitter lemon.My lad screamed "I want a lot of lemon not a bit of lemon" pmsl.
