Homak makes one for about $130.00. I cant recall the gauge of steel but it is lag bolted to the wall stud from the inside so walking out with it will be tough.

However, if someone is in your house and has the time, you can probably get into one of these with hand tools. May take a little time but I am sure it could be done.

If someone really wants what guns you have, and they have the time, they can get into most safes. But, if you only have a few guns, it is hard to justify getting a 3000.00 safe and the floor underneath that size safe may have to be re-inforced due to the weight.

The Homak is good for keeping your kids away from the guns but you'll have to hide the keys or keep them with you. Nothing will keep a real determined thief from getting your goods.

Good and under $200? Is not going to happen. I had some Homak locking thingys (hate to call them safes). They are fine to keep the real young kids out of, but for anyone with a screw driver or a crowbar, they will not hold-up.

Sentry makes a pretty decent series of safes that start at about $400 and sold through Wally World.
