Homak makes one for about $130.00. I cant recall the gauge of steel but it is lag bolted to the wall stud from the inside so walking out with it will be tough.

However, if someone is in your house and has the time, you can probably get into one of these with hand tools. May take a little time but I am sure it could be done.
