i have 2 mixed breeds i got from a humane sosciety and they never get sick and always listen to me but i have a chow-chow , bloodhound, pekingese, and a pug and all of the purebreds usually never listen.

Is the just my dogs?

As soon as we paid off our land note with the bank, we asked the bank to finance the building of our new home. I was shocked to see they are charging us for a title policy on a new home, on land they held the note on and we just paid off. The courthouse is all computerized and all you have to do is go there and find out in 2 minutes if they have been any liens on the land. Also, the attorney works as his own closer, so he splits the title policy with the title company 60 / 40. Why does a title policy cost so much when it gets pocketed by the title company and other closer? Would all banks require this title policy? It doesn't make sense but I know it is a ripoff. Anybody that works for the title insurance company, please justify these fees when you can go to most courthouses and look up these things in minutes. Why is it a well kept secret that if you pay tile insurance and sell within 7 years, you don't have to pay it all over again?

I heard that there are 2 methods.

1. Peripheral blood stem cell collection

(MOST current and common method)…..You are given small injections of Neupogen/Filgrastin for 3 to 5 days to force your marrow to overproduce marrow or stem cells which are then released into your circulating blood. The stem cells are collected by removing blood from a vein in your arm, passing it through a filter system, which collects the stem cells and returns the remaining blood to you…a 2 to 3 hour procedure.

2. Marrow harvest….

You are given light general anesthesia so that you feel nothing during the procedure. Only 2% to 3% of your marrow is withdrawn from the large crest of your hipbone through special sterile needles .. a 60 minute procedure. You may go home the same day.

Which one is less painful. What is the success rate of transplantation?

When I tell people I am a Witch, their first response is usually to cringe and then find an escape route. I believe this is due to ill education about my religion, but I would like some opinions.

I don't care if you are atheist, agnostic, Christian, Wiccan, Buddhist, or anything else.

If those of you who feel the need could refrain from comments like, "I will pray for you," I would appreciate it. Praying for me because I have an alternate religion is nonsensical. Praying for me because I have an issue that needs resolving is a reason to pray for me.

Ever since I can remember I have had sneeze fits that are on average 8 sneezes long! I think the longest was something in the 20 range! I have had people tell me that it could be dangerous. Does anyone know why I could be sneezing like this?

i've asked this ? before and i only get replies to links to midi to mps converters and every other kinda converter but not MP# to MIDI. i have a mp3 editing program that i use to make MPS ringtones but they are all round 200 top 300kb per ringtone per the segment i cut from the track and that takes up hella memory on my cell phone and i'm only able to use around 6 ringtones at a time the rest i gotta store in my memory card in phone. my phone memory is full and i wanna find a way for free to maybe compress the mp3's or convert them to midi tho i know the quality wont be quite as good as mp3 wit midi i still wanna do this. i wanna be able to use more ringtones at one time on my phone memopry is all.
