. well to the smart asses that say some of us don't know why we don't like the president we are just agreeing with you don't know what they are talking about either.
Lets see my husband is permanently disabled because of his war. He fought in Iraq and we both served this country. I guess what you pro Bush idiots. Your wonderful president just vetoed a bill that congress tried to pass to increase spending to help disabled vets. Yes your wonderful president did. Now families like mine will be screwed some more because in the end he doesn't give a crap about those that have sacrificed their lived and bodies for this war. You can say that he does, but his actions say the opposite. Go and fight this war but the hell with you afterwards, thats the way of Bush

America has been our close friends and will always have a special influence in all those Countries to where people flocked to from every corner of the world. We in Britain have more in common with American people than any other country in the world. Supporting America when she had been attacked by Cowards was bound to have an angry reaction and a willingness to support Her in her grief .Something just had to be done with those who organized ,financed, and led the plans to start a Terror Killing and hurl abuse.at Us,. living in peace and carrying on with life in GB.In Supporting our Ally America we needed to support the president whoever he/she was at the time..I support The American President. He is not the type of person who would stand idly by .

while I dont believe we have business in Iraq since they sure dont want us there anymore I do support the president. I didnt get to vote for him because I wasnt 18 yet but I sure would have. My step dad works 2 blocks from the pentagon and he had 3 co workers on the plane that hit the pentagon . do any of you think a democrate would have done jack about 9/11 ?? no they would have waited and said a bunch of crap and talked smack and done nothing. Bush stepped up right away and took control and did what had to be done. I think it's time we leave the middle east now since they dont want our help anymore but in the beginning he did the right thing.

Why don't you take this question and submitted to the Politics and Govt. sec?..half of the people on here don't even know why or how he has done a bad job, they are just going with what they think is right. Just like you. You seem to just talk out of your blind as s. Move to another country if you're so pissed off that he's running this country and there is nothing you can do about it! I love Bush, thank God he got 2 terms in office-2, if he got that much, it's obviously because we know he's great. It's just noobs like you that are too blind to see it that way, that's sucks-I'd go and get surgery from the brain and the eyes to fix it then. Hurry!

I do not support Bush. I never have agreed with him on any of his views. I think he is going a terrible job. Why don't we ask him why 9-11 terrorist are getting better health care at Guantanmo Bay then many Americans are getting. In my eyes he has not done anything really to change this country for the better. I can not wait till he is no longer in office.

I think Bush is an idiot. His own advisor (David Frum, who coined the term "axis of evil") said in his book about the White House that there was a "shortage of deep thinkers".
Bush may be well meaning, but doesn't have the brainpower to think things through. The administration has used threats and intimidation and revenge to get what they want. If it weren't for 9-11 they'd have been toast long ago. Things went well when they could call anyone who disagreed unpatriotic, soft on terror, etc. They could use their Republican majority in both houses to force through anything they wanted. Just the other week he tried to call anyone who disagreed with him on immigration "unpatriotic".
Today, the remaining Republicans are beginning to see that being part of the Bush bunnies is not good for their career. With no majority, he can't threaten people to get things done. Cheney et al may actually have to answer for what they've done to civil rights and the constitution.
Bush will be remembered for:
- a bad war that cost a fortune (remember when they said it would pay for itself with Iraq oil?),
-massive civil rights violations (Guantanamo, foreign kinapping "renditions"),
-getting the rest of the world to hate America's guts,
-massive budget deficits (for a Republican small-g government type!)
-total incompetent appointments; "Brownie, you're doing a heckuva job" the arabian horses judge and disaster manager, or Wolfowitz who was going to clean up corruption at the World Bank, except that he's entitled to give his girlfriend a 33% raise to $200K/year or the idiots who thought getting rid of all the police in Iraq was a good idea, or firing all the Iraqis trained to handle weapons was a good idea.
-a supreme court where ideology means more than respect for law and tradition, something that will hurt America for the next 30 years.

pfft. Does anyone who criticizes Bush actually know him? Not that I do, I'm just saying, the media only tells you things that make a good story. Why don't all of you out there who criticize the leader of your country try getting the US through a tragedy like 9/11.
