no you will gain fat on this.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (coma patients) and thats 1200cal/day.
if you consume a lot less than your body needs for weight maintenance (it should be just max 500cal less for weight loss) all you lose is water weight and muscle which means you are slowing down your metabolism and will gain it all back.
And special K is not a diet- its a marketing strategy.
The best cereal available in common food stores is Kashi but there are plenty more in health food stores.

Dont do a special K diet. Eat something like a hot pocket, or lean cuisine for lunch. Chicen/veggies for dinner. Oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. Snacks are 100 calorie pack chips or fresh carrots or grapes/strawberries. Good luck.

No, you'll lose muscle mass and become sick.
You're eating fewer than 800 calories and almost 0 protein, so you won't burn fat or build muscles.

And Special K serious is mostly corn syrup anyway, so it's not healthy at all.

the lower the calories the more you lose weight. Also it count on what meal you are eating. for example if it is dinner you wouldn't eat a snack bar. take my advice because my mom is on a diet and that is what her doctor said.

That's too low for calories, you will lose muscle and your metabolism will slow down and it will be harder to lose.
