spin off to my last question, i decided to find a wall and draw a box in the middle using masking tape and have been smashing the ball aiming for the box and then trying to control it as it comes back.

would this help better if i tried it with that heavy joga bonito ball?

also what other techniques do you suggest similar to this one to improve ball control and passing accuracy etc.

I have a Makarov PMM I got as a swap with a Russian officer who was visiting as an instructor for my Indonesian P1- an Indonesian clone of a Colt M1911.
I think it's absolutely brilliant aside from having to make Makarov soup every so often!
Great little gun- I actually prefer it to my P226 I usually carry- it's so much simpler.

What about you? experiences with Russian/Soviet weapons?

I am traveling to DC at the end of July with my husband. We are both in our early 30's. We wish to see the typical tourist attractions of DC during the day, but also desire to have something fun to do at night besides sit in the hotel (bars, restaurants, etc., not night clubs). I am wondering the best area of DC to stay to fulfill these requests? I do not mind taking cheap transportation during the day (metro?) but would prefer to be close by things to do at night so we can safely walk to and from these activities. Downtown? Capital area? Georgetown/Foggy Bottom? Dupont Circle? Please advise-I can find deals in all these areas but don't know which one to choose. Thanks!

Ever since I was about 10 yrs old I have this compulsion to count to 7 in my head! I could be driving along in my car and I start counting the cars on the opposite side of the road and they have to add up to 7, I do it with people and I have to be the 7th person, I do it with clothes and add different sections so that they reach 7 but each piece has to be attached to each other in order to continue, I do it with faces and each section has to be joined in someway in order for me to count it in as part of the 7.
I do this the whole time and have actually become an expert at getting and rearranging things to reach 7. Nobody know's I do this as I do it in my head and mostly when I am on my own or if I am bored within a crowd or stuck in bad traffic etc, sometimes I'm even doing it unknown to myself.
Why do I do this? Or can anybody explain this to me?

Your boss asked you to come up with suggestions in writing on human resources related aspects to assess employees as she had just "discovered" that you have an HR qualification but you have been working for him for 3 and half years but not directly under him. While discussing this he mentions that they are under utilising me I should be doing something that is related to what I have studied or else if not they should give another position even if it means doing some courses to develop my skills and the company financing those courses.He even said that they will hire somebody else to be in my present position and I will train that person.

I did give him all that he wanted he never came back to me, that was a year ago. He has never came to our office since then but I saw him when we had our closing function in December, he never said anything, yes I wasnt expecting him to becuase we were there for social purposes..

What do I say now to him, where do I start, how do I say it?

I have seen so many people say that only stupid people believe things that other people tell them. Why does it make you stupid to believe other people?
When I was a child, my parents told me that I will burn myself if I touch a hot stove. I believed them and did not touch it. Does the logic given by non believers tell them that they need to touch the hot stove before they know that it is hot? I am not saying to blindly believe everything you hear but, to search it out for yourselves. It is a man of wisdom who shows the faith of a child.
I have a philosophy that I will believe what people tell me as the truth until they give me reason not to. At the same time, I am not ignorant and believe that because I have the Holy Ghost to guide me, I will not be led astray be the great deceiver that is Lucifer. To those who call me stupid because I believe in God please tell me what you base your opinion on or is it just pure hatred for anyone who doesn't think you're the smartest person around?

This is more of a guy question.
And I want to understand, because I think the reason so many women feel that porn hurts their relationship and feelings is because they feel as though we are being compared to those other girls.
Also theres the issue in my relationship, that I didnt have the problem with until I was pregnant, felt unattractive, and thought I was being replaced with all of these beautiful girls to statisfy my fiance.

So honestly, besides the fact that guys just want to "get off", what is the obsession with porn?
And if you already have someone who you love, and gives you it all, why do you feel the need to look at others, does it mean you wish you could be with them? Or do you compare?

Okay, my cousin is 11 years old and she really wants to learn to be a gymnasts. She has never taken gymnastics before and she was begging me to teach her. I really don't ave the time though, and am not too good at gymnastics in the first place. All the time, she has her friends coming over [[because they can all already do flips and such]] and she is always asking them to spot her, but she's helpless, she can't even do a handstand. The closest she can do is a headstand leaning against the wall. Her family cannot afford for her to learn to do gymnastics at a gymnastics class or whatever. So here are my questions and please me nice, no smart comments.

1. Is it possible for her to learn to do flips and such?
2. Can she do it at home and how? She has access to internet as well if there is anything on there that would help.

Oh ya, she is in perfectly fine physical condition, 11, 5'1 and about 85 pounds! Please help!
