Check your telephone book for a hotline to a counselor. You should talk to someone right away. For the sake of your family, see a doctor.
If your mood changes from very sad to very happy, you are describing symptoms of bi-polar depression.

If you don't get help your depression will just get worse. I have a severe case of depression and it took my almost 2 months before I went and got help. You will feel better if you can talk to someone and possibly be on medication to help you. Good luck and I hope you work out your depression, I know it is a terrible thing to go through.

Go to the Dr. Depression is really common these days. Set the example for your kids by doing something about it. Worst comes to worst you'll get medication or some tips to help liven you back to your usual happy self.
Focus on things that make you happy and do them.

Just take a deep breath and go to your docter, its the best for you and for your children. The alternative which I would do is start excersising in a group fitness class and concentrating on the positive part of life.

You can do theraphy with your family, or try to go to somewhere with your daugters for holiday, forget all of your trouble and something else like that. Or go to the movie with your husband.
