I have heard many Christians argue that Jesus did away with the old laws of Deuteronomy and Leviticus; In fact, he does the opposite "For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished. Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:18-19) should we beat our children with a rod (Prov 13:24, 20:30)? kill them if they talk back (Lev 20:9, Deut 21:18-21)? How about killing a family member if they talk about joining a different faith (Deut 13:6, 8-15)? I'm not sorry I had to take one of your arguing points away, because even though many of you claim he did away with OT law, you continue to cite from the OT.

My grandfather was admitted to the hospital this morning at 5 am Memphis,TN time. So far they are telling my family that it doesn't look good, but I am old enough to know that you have to let God's will exactly that. I am just asking for prayers please for shrenght in my faimly and best wishes for my grandfather. I am hanging in there now as opposed to earlier when I found out 2 hours ago but I love God and pray that his will and not our will be done. I truly my pops for that he is a good man!!! Just please pray us and bless that things turn around and be alright.

Last night I dreamt I only had ten days left to live. The first thing I did was tell my brother the entire plot to the book I'm writing so he could carry on writing it after I'd gone, and then I asked for all the Christmas decorations to be put up so it would be like my favourite time of the year when I died. my son is on a travel basebll team, he is 7 and can hit,catch and throw. the team has 12 kids 2 are subs. the coach is refusing to play my son and another kid (they both go to practice everytime)neither boy understands why they are being left out . Mines is warm, muggy days with Suns and Clouds Mixed, just enough to destabilize the atmosphere for severe thunderstorms is mine. This is the same for the winter in general, except it won't be muggy with it's snow showers.
