That's approx. 1 kg per week. I think that's very realistic. I am also trying to lose about 15 pounds. Get plenty of exercise. I'm doing an hour of bicycling in hilly terrain every 2 days. 30 minutes of biking on normal terrain daily, then a light upper body workout daily. Eat healthy, cut out junk foods, get some exercise, even if it's only walking, and you can do it!

Two pounds or one kilogram per week is safe and do-able. You should eat about 500 calories a day less than your usual intake, and exercise about 45-60 minutes a day (aerobic/cardio exercise).

Its not just working out, its eating healthy that will help you lose weight.
Drink LOTS of water and green tea.
Cut out cholesterol, fats, and sodium.
30 minutes of cardio every day.
I know someone who lost lots of weight just by eating healthy and not working out much!
