For the last two years my kids sneakers have been tied together, hanging off of a power line at the corner by his best friends house.....I have borrowed a cup of sugar and more. The sneaker thing has to count as chasing an escaped sock down the street.

I have asked a neighbour for a cup of sugar when I was a little girl, my mom would send me....things like that don't happen so much any more we are all paranoid....but I defiantly haven't chased a sock down the road.

Yes both. I traded the neighbor one of my toads for the cup of sugar. Aunt Polly dropped the sock and sent me running after it.

Nope.. those things just happen in TVs, when a lady of one household goes to neighbour to ask for somethin'.. and she gossips about somethin' and then somethin' happens, and whoosh-whoosh sounds in TV, camera flies in all directions, and then a commercial break.. and then back where it all started..
