I have an existing 768mb pc333 ddr ram, when I added a new 512mb ram of the same type my computer doesn't recognize the newly installed ram., after checking computer properties I found out that only 512 mb ram was recognize

This is going to sound like I'm stupid, but I'm going to ask it anyway.
I do a good deal of shooting, I currently own a Remington 700 BDL .30-06, and a Winchester Model 70 Carbine .243Win. I also have, in my possesion a Marlin Model 60 .22LR and a Marlin 336C .35 Remington. I was also a 2nd Award Expert in the Marine Corps. Having said that. Can anyone tell me what a 'boat tail' means when applied to rifle cartridges? I know that it is the shape of the rear of the bullet, but no one can tell me how that affects it's performance. Answers are great, references are better. Thank you.

I have a 1992 Mercury Villager and have been having a problem with spongy brakes, I have replaced both front rotors and pads, replaced both rear drum brake sets, replaced the master cylinder 3 times this week and finally broke down and replaced the ABS box under the hood that routes the lines to each cylinder. I still have spongy pedal and it will eventually go all the way to the floor, also with the car raised on a rack, the left front and right rear wheels are locked and will not turn until it sits for some time. Help please.

Hey I am fifteen and I am stuck, I want an honest opinninon of what guys think of me- it matters me a lot, I am am Indian Someone very perky in nature, I am a little round but my classmates say i look cute( I dont trust them) I have shoulder- length wavy hair- dark- Big, Asian black eyes- And small, round pink lips. my skn is wheaty fair in shade and I hardly wear any makeup. My face is clear without any skin problems like most asians. I am a great laugh for everyone even though i am a bookworm and a bit into sketching. But i have not yet talked to any guys in my life but my bros. Indian girls are very tied up in those things( keep away from boys) and I am a bit shy thats why I need an honest answer. HELP!!

A man and his wife are awakened, at 3 o'clock in the morning by
a loud pounding on the door. The man gets up and goes to the
door where a drunken stranger, standing in the pouring rain, is asking for a push.

"Not a chance," says the husband, "it is 3 o'clock in the morning!
He slams the door and returns to bed.

Who was that?" asked his wife.
Just some drunk guy asking for a push," he answers.
Did you help him? She asks
No, I did not, it is 3 o'clock in the morning and it is pouring out there!"
"Well, you have a short memory," says his wife. "Can't you
remember, about three months ago when we broke down, and
those two guys helped us? I think you should help him, and you should be ashamed of yourself!"
The man does as he is told, gets dressed, and goes out into the pounding rain.



He calls out into the dark, "Hello, are you still there?"
"Yes" comes back the answer.

"Do you still need a push?", calls out the husband.
"Yes, please!" comes the reply from the dark.

"Where are you?" asks the husband

"Over here on the swing!", replies the drunk.

I mean even when they get everything they need from their husbands:FINANCIAL (2) EMOTIONAL (3)BIOLOGICAL still they want their own incomes, own identities.I want to know what's so insulting in being known as somebody's wife? As a result of competing with their husbands they are causing distress to themselves as well as their husbands and children.They forget that homely tasks are not inferior but complimentary.Many men also forget that having a wife at home is a tremendous asset not just for household tasks but also paying bills,receiving couriers etc. Yes there are some tasks like doctors/police etc where society needs ladies but those are exceptions.I never say that women are less capable than men but one should understand one's prioritiesespecially shouldn't children be the priorities after motherhood? Ofcourse if somebody needs money or is abused by her spouse then she has to work. Also a woman has the right to choose celibacy or become a childless woman.Then she can work.
