It's like calling Moore anti-American because he points out problems. It's weird. I'm not American, but if someone pointed out problems in my country I wouldn't think it was meant to degrade my nation.. particularly if it was a person from my country. So why do so many people take it as a personal insult when Americans and non-Americans criticize the Iraq War, foreign policy, and health care system?

i 15 & my bro wont play with me. i lock him in room for hours. he say im mean & boring. i have no friends & i hate being alone. my bro wont come in room becuz he afraid i will keep him for hours. now im bored. i give him break & he still wont come. even when i do what he want. help! how can i make him play with me. mom said to leave him alone. im having a party tonite & he wont come. i cant have a party alone. its boring. he needs to come. i said so. he being a brat. help! you guys need to pull him downstairs for me! i hate being alone. school is out & there is nothing to do. help!

I wasn't allowed to keep 'normal' pets growing up because my brother was terribly allergic. One Easter, I recieved baby chicks (Rhode Island red hen and rooster, and a Pearl White Leghorn) and I just fell in love with them since. At the moment I have two black Australorps and a New Hamshire red, all hens. They produce beautiful eggs for me. Who else out there loves chickens and think of them as wonderful pets? :-)

I recently bought a new S-video cable to connect my Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop to my TV (just a regular CRT type) When I connect the cable the picture quality is excellent, but everything is in black and white! Ive tried using different scart sockets, PAL, NTSC, and fiddling with the display settings on my laptop and I still cant get any colour! Please help. Thanks

My daughter brought me a little 4th of July toy. A pinch of pebbles wrapped in a bit of tissue paper. One throws these at the ground and there is a small popping explosion. I had guessed there was a bit of gunpowder mixed in with the pebbles, but when she and I opened one, there was no evidence of any black powder. How do these things work??

I am re-posting this question to get a guy's perspective so pls. bear with me..

There is this guy at work who has kind of liked me for a while now..
He always tries to get my attention, tries to run into me, does a head turn when I walk by, stares at me etc..
I have never lead him on in fact I completely ignore him when he's around.
For the past few weeks he had been playing a little low so I thought he's finally getting the point that I am not interested and moving on but he did something out of the ordinary.
I was standing in the cafeteria with my friends and he came by.He kept turning back and looking at me again and again and at one point he just stood there staring at me and he was not ready to look away..
I am really baffled by this behaviour and I am still trying to figure out why he acted like this ?
Was he trying to tell something to me?
What was he thinking?
Any thoughts why a guy would act like this?Whats going on through his mind?

Why does the universe seem so fine-tuned for the emergence of life, including intelligent life capable of asking that "why" question? Last week we had an ant problem in my kitchen, in the cabinet where I store my pots and pans. We laid some traps down and they were gone a few days later. There is no food source for them and they are only on the side of the kitchen where the pots and pans are. A few days after they were gone some came back. There is no trail, and there are only a few at a time on the countertops, in the same area. I laid more traps around the kitchen but they are not working?!?!
They seem to appear on the countertop out of nowhere. We have a tile countertop, so my first question is this. Can they be living underneath the tile? If so how can we get rid of them? Also, any good tips other than using the traps. We also have the house sprayed every month for bugs, so I just can't figure this out and we can't call the pest control guy until Monday. Thanks!

I had a dream about a black mamba snake. I was with a friend and he and I were playing around and he lifted me up off the ground to spin me around and that was when I saw the snake coiled on the ground just looking! What does this mean?? I scan with Avast Anti-virus, Spybot, and Spyhunter. Avast always finds the trojan and supposedly fixes the problem... but it keeps coming back. Every time I restart the computer I get a warning about it. It does this even when I restart the computer without even going on any websites, so I know I'm not getting it from any sites, Is it just hanging around? Is something else making it come back? Please help... I've had to restore my computer TWICE in the last two months because of trojans. All of my security settings are on 'high', so I don't know why I keep getting these things!
