A pt was adm with A-fib. no order was written for heparin for 2 days...later coumadin was ordered... but coumadin is long lasting and takes a few days to build up to therapeutic level...we talked to the attending..he said the order was textbook perfect...what if the pt develops some complication such as stroke during hospital stay

We paid cash over $10,000 for a used truck at a dealership and weren't aware they had to report it to the IRS. Now we are terrified what the IRS will do to us. It was honest money from the sale of another vehicle and money we had saved personally. Does anyone know what happens after it is reported? Thanks!

If you are a Christian woman, there should be some degree of modesty, the same as if you are a Christian man. You would not want to cause another to stumble. What if you are a Christian woman, you're proud of your body, and wear a skimpy bikini to the beach. And a young Christian (young as in he just came to Christ) sees you and goes home and masturbates, thinking about you in that skimpy bikini. Have you caused him to sin?

My daughter just now understands the concept of "Some Christians believe that it doesn't matter how good you are. The ONLY criteria for going to heaven is 'accepting Jesus.'"

She sees this as fantastically unfair. "Nothing on earth works like this! School doesn't work like this! You don't get to slack for 12 years and graduate with honors!!"

I just read Hillary Clinton's claim that we will see "corruption" from the Bush administration. Does anyone but me remember how she and Bill were caught taking things from the White House that weren't even theirs before they moved out? I've been working at Hollister for about 2 months now, and I initially really wanted to work at Abercrombie&Fitch, but I wasn't 18 yet. Now that I'm 18, I want to work at Abercrombie&Fitch, too, since I don't get enough hours at Hollister anyways.
