I have a website that I have peoples' youtube videos. I want to have others' videos, but I want to know if it's against the law. Is it?

YES, using anyone elses clisp without the copyright holder (if it's personal footage that's the cameraman) is illegal

Everyone who uploads a video to youtube is asked whether or not they will allow their videos to have an embed code so that other people may copy and paste it on their web site for visitors to view. If there is an embed code on the video info then it is perfectly legal for you to show the video on your site.
Otherwise, the embed code wouldn't be there, would it?
