Deleting a stubborn program?

I have an icon in my system tray that i would like to get rid of. All it does is take me to an anti-spyware website. How do i get rid of the icon and the program that goes with it?
It's not in the control panel & right-clicking does nothing

Try the following

I'd reccomend these 2, run each in turn
ADAWARE fro www.lavasoftusa.com (Free personal version)
also SPYBOT S&D from www.spybot.org (Again free for home use)

Also worth having in toolbox is CCLEANER from www.ccleaner.com again a free download, and a good general windows tidyup utility.
