Cathryn Lee, or the middle name's of the girl's could be after a grandmother, or great grandmother, out of respect, or the first name's first letter to match the last name's first letter.. Like Brittany Barfoot, that's my youngest daughter's name..Okay for boys now:

Jimmy , Christopher, Jonathon, Mathew, Noah, Andrew, Timothy,, Deano=Dean for short, (that's my cousin's name) Tadd, Chad, Derek, Todd, Dane, Dustin, Mark, Nickolas=Nicky for short=(then when he's grown Nick). Oh, Victoria, for a girl, that was my neices name we all called her Vicky....(She passed away, in 2003), Shavon=Shevy for short.. (She was another neice who passed away in 2001) but there's lots of these same names on women who have lived long lives, so dont like them but not use them because you think that there a curse of some sort.. Their death's could have been prevented.. There too long of stories to tell and I dont want to cry today...
Danny, Joseph, Edward=Eddie, for short... Okay I think that's all I can think of for now, hun!! What a noble thing for you to do, for your GFs!! And all of those names above are just beautiful names you've picked out!! My favorite sister and my granddaughter are both Elizabeth's!! And I love Paige and just all of them are so beautiful !!! Wow, 4 girls, you have quite a noisey house I would like to think!!HaHa!! I'm one of 5 girls, 1 brother!!HaHa!! So, we were either getting into Mom's make-up, or my sisters were fighting over there clothes when we got older!!HaHa!!! What a blessing to have so many girls within 5 years of eachother,... It's so good to have them close.. we were 6 kids within 8 years.. So, we all were pretty close growing up!! It's better to have them close, then be done with it, so you can enjoy your 40s, when their all established in their own lives!! How nice!! Mine are all 14 years apart, that is my oldest and youngest daughter are!! In fact my oldest daughter is coming to pick-up her sister to have some "Bonding-Time" with her little sister and to teach her a little bit about the Real Estate business while she's out there with her!! I'm so excited for the two of them!! Well sorry for talking your ear off here!! Great Question, a name is something you want to pick ever so carefully!! Smile!!!
