I want to know if there are actually situations where someone was betrayed but somehow the marriage was still salvaged and maybe even turned out better then before....

Okay so i wear black rimmed glasses, and people say I look good with them. ( sorry if thats cocky in any way. im not ) but when i take my glasses off, its another story. My friend. ( ahem ) said I look like i have something missing from my face... Because my eyes are pretty big and I think there kind of far apart. This guy in my class said I look "weird" without them.
I never wore glasses until the last year, and that I know of, no one has ever "liked" me without them. This current year i got my glasses and i had at least 2 people have crushes on me.( their pretty hot too. haha )The only thing is.. Some people say im really pretty without them ( again sorry ) people have said; brooke shields in blue lagoon, and alexis bledel. Now. my two questions are.. Should I listen to the people who say im ugly without them? And any makeup tips for me to make my eyes look less..... big.


Sorry for the whole "sad" story. Just wanted to explain things.

My best friend started going thru divorce last year. We spent alot of time together, have seen each other at our possible worst and have cried to each other about our past relationships. A few months into his divorce, we took it a step further and started dating and then things because serious. Then I moved away for the past 8 month and we have been maintaining a long distance relationship. Now that the divorce is final and everything is settled, he wants me to move in with him to see how things go for us. I am also divorced and we have had a talks about future marriage and right now, we both agree that its nothing we want to rush into. We want to know its right the "next time." We both have children from our previous marriages. They get along great. However, my biggest concern, even tho I spend day in day out with this guy before we got involved, we have never disagreed or argued. I am afraid this will change when and if we move in together. Is it time to do this?

Just because your religion is big or has an almighty God in it doesn't make it right. If you have a Holy Book that's fine but the other guys got one too...if you've never studied another religion or simply not opened to the idea you wouldn't know. If you were borne into it you probably didn't have a choice as a child. Simply saying cause it's the Bible, Torah, Quran, etc. or calling yourselves the Chosen Ones doesn't exactly make it correct...Heck, Jesus is in Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Bahá'í, Mandaean, and other branches, why isn't theirs the right one...so what makes you right and the other guys wrong...?

I am so sick of these illegal immigrants and their supporters talking about how they do pay taxes, and they can't get welfare, and so on and so forth. I don't understand how anybody can read the articles and see for themselves what is happening and still deny it. What is wrong with you people?

If you want to see the statistics yourself before you'll believe it and shut up about the nonsense you spew go to the website listed below.

Illegals DO collect welfare services. Once they have a child in the U.S. that child becomes eligible for these services.

They DO cost us millions in free education and healthcare.

They DO work here. What that means is while good, upstanding citizens are out of jobs here, these law-breakers have them.

They DON'T pay taxes. The only tax money we see from them is sales tax.

They DO drain our economy.

Look at the statistics yourself. After doing so, can you come up with an intelligent reason to support them?
