The most reliable bike is the most maintained one , regardless of make.
Give yourself a chance though and get something with a reputation for reliability. BMW, Honda, you know the ones.
You will be advised by some hairy bikers with questionable ancestry that a certain bike is the best in the world.
Maybe so, but it is also the most seen on the back of a breakdown truck.
Don't let myth interfere with reality.
All the bikes you mentioned are reliable.

That's really hard to say these days. All of the bikes have gotten so good. Honda and Yamaha have been known as very reliable bikes for many years, but anyone that tells you they are better than something else is thinking in the past. Also those that tell you new Harley's aren't reliable are also living in the past. I met a guy yesterday that had 110,000 on his Harley with no problems and the engine had not been rebuilt. The competition in that market is so tough these days that if you fall behind in quality you just dug your own grave.

Any of the 4 Japanese manufacturers (Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha) make solid and reliable bikes.
Can't go wrong with either of them.

Other than the Chinese they are all reliable. Of course, some lemons get through. It is the nature of manufacturing. Even with stringent QC problems do sometimes arise. If you are thinking motorcycle upkeep is cheap I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, it is not.
Tires and fluids and plugs, chains and sprockets, or other drive line issues, clutches. All of that stuff is expensive.

BMW by far, more 200K+ miles Beemers out there, because Beemer riders aren't wimps and actually DRIVE the bikes around. Check out all the RVs with trailers for cycles in Sturgis next time you're out there, I swear half of them hawgs are trailered to SD. Then go to a national BMW rally.......NONE.

Honda is the most reliable, but it is easier to get parts to keep old Harley's and BMW's running.
