I am male 5'6" 145 lb with a 36" waist. My body fat is 33%. I was in good shape about a year ago, back when I used to exercise. 5'6" 28" waist 115 lb, body fat 13. I got lazy though, and I gained some but I am out of shape now?
Also, does anyone know any home fitness tests to do, or home fat tests? Thanks

when i was liitle i always wanted some love and attention. My parents had abanded my sister and I. My grandparents were left to raise us. They were already old and i needed a mommmy at that age and my grandma was very cold and un loving . So then I always used to say to myself that I wanted some diesase, therefore I would be getting the attention I needed as child. So my question is now that im 28 and have cervical cancer. You see them everywhere... and many of them are too young to be trying to look the way they do(some way too young), and they know what they are are wearing and why they are wearing it(Please, if you were only dressing for the heat, you wouldn't need yours shorts halfway up your a$$), but they get offended or frightened when you react to them or say something about how hot they look or how much they turn you on. I mean, aren't they trying to look hot and turn you on. Sometimes, I 'll get a big smile from a girl I'm staring at and I know I've come across one with a brain. Yeah, you know what you are doing!

I have already completed three years at a state university, but have had to start working full time and school has taken a backseat. Im looking into alternatives to attending school full time such as online schooling, has anyone attended an online school? If so any feed back would be great. Also would they accept any of my University credit hours toward one of their degrees?

I have Zoomtown IDSL, with a Belkin wireless router, 802.1g, with WEP on. I replaced a similar router that broke. The network monitor says that my signal strength is excellent and speed is 54.0.

My problem is that I keep dropping connection to a virtual private network that requires a constant signal. (This worked great with the previous router.)

Any thoughts on what I can do to stop this? I have changed the channel, and it still says that my signal strength is excellent.

i'm trying to download Sims 2 onto my computer from the CD, but i keep getting this pop up that say that
i need to make that there's enough room in my C: Drive to store 324MB...
and i do hav enough room...like 3GB!!!!
but the pop up wont go away and its getting annoying cuz i cant play my game!!

may be TMI but i want help.

I have had my first period (april 24-30) and i still havn't had my second one. I am scared that i need to visit a doctor. Is this normal to not have it for 2+ months?? i keep thinking i feel it coming out and stuff but when i check its just panties. I sometimes have discharge, white goo down there. is there something wrong?? i told my friends and they said that they had that happen but i feel like i am a boy for not having it anymore. (that made no sense.) anyways please share your experience, i am too scared to ask anyone else but my closest friends.
