it does matter what type of test you get...they are all pretty accurate.
If you are 5 weeks, you wil NOT be showing at all! You will probably nt feel any different than normal, although you may have some morning sickness, which feels liek teh flu. You coudl be throwing up when you eat or smell certain foods/smells.
Fisrt symptoms include (but limited to): morning sickness/nausea, sore/tender breasts, larger breasts, light cramping, shooting pains in your lower abdomen (from stretching), frequent urges to go to the bathroom/pee.
Pregnancy tests vary in price. Some are as much as $20! You can get them at teh dollar store for $1, and those work just fine as well. Make sure you do nto take the test until you miss your period (which you probably have if you are thinking you are 5 weeks already).

First response is the one I always used and always accurate when I test on the day of my expected period. It cost about $13-almost $30. Depending on how many test is in the box. Recommended that you buy the ones with 2 or 3 tests in case of false negative and you wanna be sure you are really pregnant. And at 5 weeks you'll just feel bloated and won't show yet. Some women their uterus is more in the front so it'll make you show that early...or if you are having multiples. The symptoms can be morning sickness, change in appetite, sore/tender breast, frequent urination, weight gain/loss, increased of discharge (without strange odor), and the usual!!!

Prices range from $7 to $25 depending on which one you get. They are all pritty much the same. I usually get a store brand (1test) which is the cheapest and a First Response (cost around $12 to $13 and comes with 2 tests). Good luck!!! As for being able to tell how far along you are. Go to babyzone.com and enter the first day of your last period...it will tell you how far a long and your due date!! You shoud start to show around maybe 20 to 25 weeks and symptoms vary from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. READ UP ON BABYZONE.COM!!!!

some are 5 dollars some are 10 or more. if you are only 5 weeks pregnant your uterus is still low in your pelvis (behind the bones and still very small) so you probably wont be showing. So pretty much the only sign you will need is that pregnancy test, because at this point you probably still look like yourself most women don't start showing till much after 5 weeks.

if its your first then no your belly wont be showing yet. the only symptoms might be light morning sickness, and being tired it usually takes another week or so for you to start getting symptoms. if you think your 5 weeks then it doesnt matter what test you buy itll be positive or it wont. you have enough of the hcg hormone to show up. id save your money and either just go to the doctor or buy a dollar store pregnancy test. they work just as well.

It depends on each woman but believe me at 5 weeks you won't be showing, At least not before your 4th month. You might have morning sickness other than that , not many symptoms. Go to Walmart and get yourself a pregnancy test, they usually go between 7 to 15 dollars.
good luck

You can get them at the Dollar Tree- if you have one... they're $1 there and believe it or not, they work. Or, you can go with a drug store brand. Try not to get sucked in to the whole brand name thing. They all work if you follow the directions carefully. IF you get a negative, take another test just to be sure. Good luck! Signs and symtoms- tiredness, absense of period, sore breasts are the major signs of pregnancy.

I like wal-marts equate brand because it is only $3 and it is very accurate, never had problems.
If you want to go pricey then get E.P.T digital. It takes the guessing out of everything.
As for showing, at 5 weeks, the baby like the size of rice.So you wont show right now.
I didn't show until I was well into my 2nd trimester.

I am confident with the clear blue easy digital, its available to target, cvs, some meijers, probably kmart or walmart, it can range from 8-20 dollars depending on how many you get. go online to what to babygaga.com or google pregnancy websites and it will be able to help you more, i am almost 7 weeks, but i got my symptoms almost right away, everyone is different.
