It may be that ur os has shown the wrong reading of the amount of space available.

restart the system

if problem persists

start->search->"type *.temp"-> delete everything

defragment the drive.

delete all items from the recycle bin....

good luck

Run a disk utility to move things around into a more logical manner (disk defragmenter). The program may be saying you don't have enough real estate on your disk f or it to use to instll, or it may simply be stating that none of the spaces is large enough for it to use.

Next, check your computer to see if there are programs you no longer use/don't need. Sometimes, when a disk starts becomming close to capacity, you'll see errors like this pop-up.

Sims 2 is on your Cd right, you insert CD in CD Rom of PC and it shows that message right?

Before doing anything re-confirm by right click My computer choose your hard drive right click then properties click here again and see how much space is left.

Some times it happen. Why not clean all cookies, history etc restart PC they try again.

You can clean cookies, history from Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Option/Delete here choose what you want to delete.
