You see them everywhere... and many of them are too young to be trying to look the way they do(some way too young), and they know what they are are wearing and why they are wearing it(Please, if you were only dressing for the heat, you wouldn't need yours shorts halfway up your a$$), but they get offended or frightened when you react to them or say something about how hot they look or how much they turn you on. I mean, aren't they trying to look hot and turn you on. Sometimes, I 'll get a big smile from a girl I'm staring at and I know I've come across one with a brain. Yeah, you know what you are doing!

Women LOVE double standards. They have to be ultra-modern and strong willed, but they still feel the need to wait for the man to approach them. I could go on and on, but I don't have all day to spend in here. :P

You know I've wondered about this myself. It seems contradictory. I wear short skirts to the club (I dance much better in skirts than in pants and it gets so hot on the dance floor, I'm glad it's short) and of course guys notice, I get the usual complimentary stares. The thing is, most of the time, guys aren't very nice about it. There is a fine line, compliments are one thing, but some guys take it too far, they will try and touch you or call you a streetwalker. Nobody deserves to be treated that way, even if you are wearing provocative clothing. I guess the truth is, after years of being treated as such, girls start to assume every guy is going to treat them badly, hence the attitude. The whole situation seems unfair from both sides, doesn't it?

I can understand where your coming from, if a girl is going to walk around with her boobs on full display people are gonna look and comment BUT
i do think its unfair if a girl is not dressed to attract that kinda of attention and still gets it.

I have blonde hair and a large chest, and i sometimes attract this kind of attention which i think is unfair i dont dress like im gagging for male attention!

I think women who dress in that way should expect it, but i think some men just cant help but look at every woman they come in to contact with.

Either way i dont think its appropriate to say to a girl you dont know how much she turns you on, even if i was flaunting myself i wouldnt be happy with that at all.

I wear my clothes for fashion, to feel good, look good on my fellas arm and to try and make other girls envious. A girls opinion means so much more to me than a mans. And im guessing the girls who GENUINLY dont like your attention do too.

I dont mind men having a look but i do get pissed off when guys are overly pervy and inappropriate. Shouting look at the **** on her isnt acceptable.

Some girls dress for men and give dirty looks not to look slutty to others.

The way you perceve girls is a factor aswell though, ill go out in a knee length skirt and a sleevless t shirt that shows no clevage. Looking pretty not slutty and still get treated like a whore. There is a difference so use your head and find out whos who.

women wear particularly skimpy clothing when it is really hot out...not so much in the winter. When it is 90 degrees out, it is my god given right to wear a pair of shorts and a tanktop without having someone i dont know eye my body like it belongs to them, it is violating. As much as you may like to think otherwise, no woman wakes up in the morning and puts on a sexy outfit so that a random man on the street can ogle their goods. Maybe they are dressing like that for their boyfriends, or maybe its a trend, or maybe they just like the way booty shorts make their *** look. it does not mean that you get to comment or touch. Me and my friends discuss this every time some pervert makes comments as we pass. Does the person commenting on my body really think i am going to stop and write my freakin number on his hand?

if women don't want to be stared at then they should cover up.wearing scantily clad clothing if you are not looking to mate is usually screaming"I'm insecure and i have to be stared at to feel better about myself"the young ones are only imitating what they see mommy doing,and thats a whole other issue.

By now I Chuck it up to ignorance. If they do not wan to be talked to like that or thought of like that or looked at like that or talked about like that they need to dress in a way that will not cause such a reaction;

MODESTLY.

Some think they can dress any old kind of way and not be talked to any old kind of way. If you flaunt it don't be surprised or upset at what you hear about yourself from others.

I always say "If you don't want people window shopping, don't put the goods on display". It's a nightmare today and I feel badly for the guys who try to keep their eyes in their heads. I'm sure it isn't easy.

Depends - usually it's because you're not the kind of guy they're trying to attract. Enjoy the show, but don't be too obvious or obnoxious about it, is my advice.
