Yeah I think you should answers are based on opinions so I hate it when someone asks a question in music for instance and I say oh(blah blah blah) and people give thumbs down I think it's so unfair. But I do agree if someone has said made a harsh comment or gives a rude comment. At least you could know who the culprit was lol. However, some may not mean it personally,so it invades their space, and if we know it's them we could do the same thing back, not that I would lol.

I agree.. We should be able to see who is doing the thumbs up and the thumbs down. That is a good idea.

Nah, I don't think so. I like my sacred thumbs up or thumbs down sessions even though people have given me thumbs down on some of my answers. I don't get mad. I just laugh because, it's funny.

Yes and no.
Because if you could see them, then the people who are made about being thumbed down would go and thumb down those people's even if they weren't bad answers..
But some people thumb down for no reason at all.

Yea and it would probably lead to fewer thumbs down.
Most of those people don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to you face to face....

i'm kinda new here, but when you rate thumbs up or down, you have a choice to make yourself known or hide.
my guess everybody decides to hide-specially if it is thumbs down!
Not sure, but pretty sure!

No, voting should be independent and completely free. Otherwise people won't be able to avoid confrontations over thumbs down votes.

I would love to know who thumbs up/down me, it would be great. Someone should make a petition.

Sounds like you must have been lucky enough to find a thumbs-down stalker?
