It's motorcycling. Other road users don't take enough notice of them and some bikers drive too fast or too recklessly.

A horse first and a motor bike second
I was told this after a serious horse riding accident - that left me permanently disabled in the serious accident unit....
The majority of their seriously injured customers were from horse riding accidents and next motor cycles then cars and then public transport i.e bus train and lastly plane as air travel is still statistically the safest form of travel
( I live in a rural area where horses are common so it will be different in the town but horses are still more dangerous as compared to the amount of people that ride them the accidents are very high)

id have to say motorcycles, due to statictics of survivors, working at a hospital we use to call them donercycles, especially like in chicago where there is a "no helmet" law, that and also the age of the boys who usually get like crochrockets (i probably spelled that wrong) but there usually young and let's face it boys are dare devils, and they usually get hurt a lot more, that's not a sexist comment either, there car insurance even cost's more lol

Private helicopter flights. Not many journeys, a lot of accidents, almost none survivable. Next is private fixed wing, same reasons.

Riding a bicycle. Because the ratio of deaths per number of riders in accidents and number of riders is quite high.

Walking, cos if it aint the vehicles on the road that get you it'll probably be the bikes on the pavement (sidewalk).

I dunno, seems to me that roller blading is just about as dangerous as I've ever seen. A gf of mine took a spill once and was laid up for almost three weeks.
