My wife and I decided to try out the swinging lifestyle. We both were curious. We tried it a couple times. Turns out I really like it and she really hates it. Can't really find a way to comprise....What should we do?

Do you feel that the internet has drawn us closer or made us more isolated from each other? Is it socially healthy to spend much of our time communicating on the internet? Is the internet a true means of communication or does it provide an artificial boundary from those with whom we communicate?

Sorry if there's been a post like this before, but I just wanted to give my opinion.

And please, if your going to read it, read all of it.

First off, I support the troops and I love my country (but we can do some stupid stuff.) so don't give me any of that unpatriotic crap.

I don't see why we invaded Iraq. Do you really think the "ruthless" dictator Sadam would want terrorists coming into his country and undermining his government? He would have killed any terrorists on the spot. We needed to invade Afghanistan were we knew there were taliban.

So anyway, we invade Iraq and take down their "horrible government" and know you guys want to leave them without any government at all?! What do think is going to happen to them? Since we took their gov. and way of life style away, (along with all the civilians dead) its our obligation to make sure they have some civil order and economy by the time we leave.

Plus, if we leave iraq without a gov. its going to be a breeding ground for "terrorists" (OH GOD NO!!!) So that would make going into Iraq in the first place a waste of money and lives.

I have had cases of the woman I have been with flirt to much or have cheated. So now I am labeled as the jelous angry guy in my new relationship because I don't allow certain things like night clubs or drinking without me around. So my question is should I just sit around and act like I don't care when she flirts with guy's or hangs around them. Or should I dump her and not be in a commited relationship with a flirty woman. To many times have i seen friends cheated on and them not know it, including myself.

i took my dog out on my boat with me today to go fishing with my boyfriend and me and she accidently fell in. she was only in there for a second but she went completly underwater. she is acting like she is fine but i heard that it is really bad for a dog to get water in their ears.

I am in desperate need to help my mother find insurance. Her cobra ended a few months ago, and she has a lot of health problems which makes her "not insurable" I know there has to be some program out there, she has been informed of medicaid and they told her they would take over her assets (she has very little left to retire on, but can't afford them to take what is there) can anyone suggest anything or provide more detail for medicaid? I really appreciate it!

Okay heres a question that I'd like to here back on from immigrants as well as americans. What is your opinion on saying the pledge of allegiance in schools. I use to stand for it when I was younger but stopped because I feel that standing and half assing my way through a poem about a flag and God really has to bearing on the fact that I am or am not patriotic. What do you think?

Please refrain from xenophobic comments. I am a patriotic person and have duel citizenship. I applied for my American citizenship on my own and did not receive it after a parent.

my boyfriend still keeps in contact from time to time with his 2nd ex's mother and he lets her keep a child he had from his 1st marriage. i dont like it because its annoying how people from the past should go away and they don't. one time it got really bad and the ex-mother-in-law kept calling him multiple times a day, so i called her and asked why and she said it was none of my buisness. keep in mind that he was only married to the 2nd ex for only 1 year.

I've been hearing they are at 12 Million members worldwide for about 10 years now. I've also seen statistics (non-lds ones) that show the number of members leaving - it's staggering. But since the LDS church still includes "ex Mormons" in its membership numbers, it's hard to get a real perspective on this situation.

Does anybody know the answer here?

is it how it tastes? is the after effects?
Honestly, I tried it and tried it and I never like it. I can say I've tried different kinds, they all taste the same (very nasty). I haven't been drunk or anything, but I guess thats why people drink it. I think people get used to the taste and start liking it more, I guess. But c'mon... what about the very first time that you tried a beer? did the beer tasted good to you the first time you tried it?
