15.3 Kelvin = 15.3 Celsius (only the zero points are different)
15.3 K = 15.3 C = 15.3 x 1.8 = 27.54 Fahrenheit
Note that you would need to add 32 to get the actual Fahrenheit temperature.

kelvin and Celsius have the same "size" of units, its just that the 0 position on the scales are shifted. 0 kelvin being absolute zero and 0 Celsius being 273 kelvin. so in Celsius it would also be 15.3 degrees
to figure the change in temperature in Fahrenheit simply say
100/180 = 15.3/x (180 to account for the 32 degree scale shift from Celsius to Fahrenheit )
so 100x = 180 * 15.3
100x = 2754
x = 2754/100
x = 27.54
Celsius it would be 15.3
and in Fahrenheit it would be 27.54
(at least i think so, been awhile since i have done conversions like this :)

Well, it depends on what the orginal temperature was. Unless you wanted to know what 15.3K equals.
In C it's -257.7 and F it's -431.86
Or Jim below me might have the answer. The question is confusing, you should clarify what you're asking.
However a 15.3 C change in a temp is 15.3*1.8 not 15.3/1.8 so it'd be 27.54F. Though I'm not even sure that that's what you mean.

Temperature drop in Kelvin 15.3 degrees.
For Celsius it's 15.3 degrees.
For Fahrenheit it's 15.3/1.8 = 8.5 degrees.

Degrees Kelvin and Celsius are the same - they just have a different zero point. One degree K/C = 1.8 degrees F.
