My brothers and I used to tease my sister this way when we were all kids. Sadly, the joke is on me now as I am forty years old and obese. I used to enjoy running over ten years ago but have since put on almost 6 stones. I can run about a quarter mile but then get out of breath and find the running devastating. What should I do to help myself? I am trying to cut down on my food intake, but its very hard...

I do cardio somewhere between 2-3 times a day, and I do cardio 3 or 4 times a week or when I have the chance and on the rest of the days I do weight training but I usually do that every other day

ok, i been outta the dating game for close to 7 years now, so i forget what it's like. i am 26 and recently hung out with a 22 year old guy that i have been seriously crushin on for a while now. not really a date, just hung out. he makes comments like-it's sexy when a girl drives a big truck (which i do, and you're a really sweet girl, & ur ex probably is kickin himself for lettin u go, he had a really nice time hangin out with me, & to find him when ever i am in town so we can hang out again. my question is, since i am stupid about this kind of stuff anymore, is that construed as flirting? based on the info i have given , would u think that this guy likes me?

after i read your answers i went to check my fishtank and there were 3 more dead .. maybe if i give more information you will be more able to help me:
1- the tank is one week old .. so it is new
but i'm used to have fish all of my life
2- freshwater
3- there WAS about 25 but now 18 :(:(
4- i Touched the water and it was a bit warm and my friend put a cube of ice ,, is it ok ??
5- i don't overfeed them .. i give them Exactly like the seller told me
6- i turned the light off so it won't get any warmer ..
i have a filter and a heater
and the seller chose the fish
so i think that they do mix together
