it is the perfect place for a lunch date, you can eat free samples and make fun of people as well. i expect her to put out afterwards though.

It depends on the city. I live in Fairfax County Virginia. It is a highly populated county, however, fireworks such as fountains and sparklers are legal. Just not the aerial ones (though that doesn't stop some people.) Costco and Sam's are good places to get a good price on a lot of fireworks!
