I do cardio somewhere between 2-3 times a day, and I do cardio 3 or 4 times a week or when I have the chance and on the rest of the days I do weight training but I usually do that every other day

i do cardio n strength training in different days. its good to give rest to ur muscles after u workout for 24-48 hrs. so if u wanna do both in same days, den u should do it every other days.
