What is the oxidation number of chromium in HCrO4?

The correct answer is +7, but I don't understand how to come up with this. I tried adding the charges together, but it wasn't working out for me.

I hate it and always cant wait for fall. I just find it to be too hot. too humid. Subway on the platforms is like 100 degress, people are sweating and smell. People are mad, Guys hitting on and starring at every girl that shows cleavage. Have to wear a jacket on subway cause i dont want guys starring at me even though its 90 degrees..
its gross.

when stonehenge was built ,the locals then must have thought Oh no what a carbuncle on our lovely green field,built by slave labour with non complementary materials from hundreds of miles away,what a bloody eyesore.probably the ancient equivalent of the millenium dome.wouldnt it save the annual rigmarole and policing costs if they crushed the stones and built some well needed houses on the site?

My husband and I just found out we're pregnant and we want to start stocking up on diapers and wipes early so we don't have to worry about spending money for that when the baby comes. I was just wondering from the time your baby was born to when you got him/her potty trained how many diapers, and the sizes (and for how long at a time) do you think you used. I'm just not sure how many newborn, size 1, size 2... to stock up on. I want to make sure I don't buy too many of one. I know newborns can go through like 12 a day but how long does that last for. Let me know from your own experience. Should I buy a few packs of each size or what and how many diapers to a package would you say?

Ahhhh the good old days when we had an effective and affordable sugar substitute. it was removed from the market cause some scientist gave a rat 20 jillion more times the amount a human would ever ingest in a life time and the rat got cancer. Then we got sacharin (gag) and asparatame ( gag again) and they too cause cancer in labratory animals.

Splenda is pretty good, but how soon will (sucralose) be labeled as "causing something in lab rats" and why cant we go back to cyclamates?

Is it ok to let my 3 daughters (ages 9, 11, and 12) run around and play outside in just their bathing suits even if they're not getting wet or muddy or dirty? It's very hot and humid where we live and I think this would allow them to move around more easily and feel good about themselves. I just didn't know if I should let this happen? the road motioning for us to stop. At first we thought she was crazy being in the middle of the road that way, but then we saw a mother duck and her 6 babies cross the road! We were probably a good 1/2 mile from the lake (quite a way for a duck to travel).
How cute was that?
