I just accidently slammed my pointer finger aganist my door nob. I just put ice on it. As soon as I take the Ice off My hurt finger heats up fast.I can move it, but it feels like there is a wieght on it andit hurts at the bottom of it.I hurts between the pointer/middle join. There is a bump there.

Hi,

Im quite overweight at the moment.
However it is my birthday in 3 months, and I would like to lose some weight. I am starting an healthier eating plan from tomorrow, and will start excercising (as I dont usually).
Just wondered if anyone had any good motivational tips? (for eating well & type of foods to eat/avoid, and excercise tips?)

There are obvious no-no's like no flip flops or mini skirts, but where do you draw the line for some of the more controvercial issues, like pantyhose, sleeveless tops, tight pants on men or women, etc.....?

I usually get sick only 2x a year. But this year i was constantly sick. i was sick more often (during the winter) than i was healthy. I felt horrible, but went to school anyways, since even though it was 8th grade) it is impossible to make up that many days. I only stayed home when i was throwing up, or lightheaded and fainting. I wash my hands a lot, but i guess i should carry around hand sanitizer. Any tips? Does DanActive really work?

I seem to remember them making such a loud fuss a year ago when those boys were arrested... then it turned out that the woman was a schizophrenic liar who sued them fradulently, admitting to a co-worker "I gonna get those white boys' money!", indicating a racist motivation. I often get sick and tired of so-called Christians who constantly moan about Christians not being perfect to continue their sinful attitude and behaviour. Read Matthew 5:48. Jesus commanded us to "Be perfect...as your heavenly Father is perfect." I can't stand it when professing Christians use the "I'm not perfect" line to justify their indifference to God's commands. Jesus did not condone it, Paul did not condone it, nor did any of the other biblical writers condoned that attitude. So all you so-called Christians who want to live like non-believers should stop this attitude or you will face the judgment of God.
