I usually get sick only 2x a year. But this year i was constantly sick. i was sick more often (during the winter) than i was healthy. I felt horrible, but went to school anyways, since even though it was 8th grade) it is impossible to make up that many days. I only stayed home when i was throwing up, or lightheaded and fainting. I wash my hands a lot, but i guess i should carry around hand sanitizer. Any tips? Does DanActive really work?

Up your vitamin C, take echinacia, keep hands clean. Make sure you wash your hands after every time you use the bathroom, or sneeze. Hand Sanitizer is a good idea. Eating healthy and excercising regularly will also help to boost your immune system.

Besides washing your hands all the time, try to keep your hands away from you face. You may not realize how much you rub your eyes, touch your nose or mouth during the day. The eyes, nose and mouth are the primary way germs get into us.

well being clean and washing your hands is a big deal as well as getting th flu shot. take a mutli vitamin or vitamin C daily to prevent anything or if someone you hang out with a sick then stay away as much as possible or take some air borne before or after contact. you can kick almost and cold if you catch it early :)
